Study on Amplification Effect of Wind Turbine Blade Stopping Position on Vortex Induced Vibration of Tower

Through optimization comparison different inhibition schemes, effect was quantitatively analyzed. shows that with high flexible tower has its own particularity. first order probability can be effectively reduced pneumatic method external measures.
